This is my favorite time of year on the Palouse. The wheat isn't quite ripe yet but the colors are amazing. It looks like a contour map with the wheat ripening on the top of the hills and still green in the valleys.

oh i just love these pics...i miss it over there on that side of the mountains! there are too many trees here! i just love the open wheat fields. beautiful! hope you are doing great! :)
